Change Someone’s Life in Need
Florence Food Share is a nonprofit food pantry located in Florence, Oregon, that provides food at no cost to those in need. We serve the Florence community and the wider surrounding areas. We are a shopping style pantry focusing on client dignity, choice, and empowerment; we do this by providing a grocery store shopping experience that places the decision-making in the shopper’s hands. This is all made possible by a group of committed volunteers, a dedicated board of directors, and amazing community supporters. If you need assistance or would like to be involved in our mission, please call our phone number 541-997-9110 and our staff will be happy to guide you through the process!

Our Mission
The mission of Florence Food Share is to alleviate hunger and enhance the health and dignity of people in Western Lane County.
How You Can Help
Hunger Relief
Although approximately half of our food comes from Food for Lane County, the other half is made up of the help of local stores and the caring generosity of folks looking to make their community a better place.
Volunteer
Being a volunteer-focused operation, Volunteers are the heart and soul of the pantry. We only exist because of the generous individuals who give their time, and we are always looking for more dedicated folks looking to help their community and have a great time in the process.
Donate
Donating Funds is extremely helpful. Frequently we can acquire goods that we are critically in need of at a significant discount or delivery fee-only. We also need funds to keep the light’s on or maintain and repair equipment. You can request your funds go to any number of things, make sure to note the desired location, and we will make sure it goes there.
Advocate
One of the most helpful ways to contribute is through advocating, whether it’s to a friend whose budget is running thin or an individual who might not realize that there is such a need for food assistance in our area. More communication and understanding are critical to a world with less hunger.
